Eddington Mugova empowers the community through ZRGT
A newly formed Non-Governmental Organization, Zimbabwe Reveal for Generations Trust is fostering community development in Zimbabwe with its director Mr Eddington Mugova.
"Zimbabwe Reveal for Generations Trust is a non-profit making organization formed with the mandate to empower vulnerable groups in the communities to attain good quality life and creation of a responsible citizenry, " said ZRGT director Eddington Mugova.
Mr Mugova said that since the inception of the organization in 2016 it faced a number of challenges. It lacked serious members who stood with the organization , it had no support from bigger NGOs and the organization is self-funded.
The organization has the mandate to do voter education through the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) but the organization has inadequate resources to perform the task.
In 2025, the organization managed to regroup and send its papers to fullfil the required Private Voluntary Organization (PVO) registration process.
The organization initiated new programs for the community including free short courses that intend to spread across all provinces in Zimbabwe. The organization is also assisting disadvantaged children in communities.
The ZRGT organization is going to participate in the NGO Directors Summit in Masvingo since the organization is affiliated to NANGO.
"We are preparing to partner with other development partners and government agencies. We need to establish training centres , establishing income generating projects for the youth and other vulnerable groups," said Mr Mugova
