Last Sunday President Joe Biden of the United States of America (USA) paved way for his Vice President Kamala Harris to succeed him.

Reports from Washington D.C claim that President Biden stepped aside to give Kamala Harris a chance to win the presidency.

President Biden was facing a tough challenge from former President Donald Trump. His withdrawal was fueled by calls from Democrats for him to step aside.

One of the voices that said Joe Biden should stop his re-election bid was famous actor George Clooney. Clooney went on to support Kamala Harris for President including 5 governors support Harris.

Joe Biden dropped out of the race because of his age. He had two embarrassing moments including one when he called Ukraine President 'President Putin' at a NATO meeting. Kamala Harris has been given widespread support from Democrats and is highly spirited of the chance she got to represent America as President.

She is facing stiff competition from Donald Trump who was almost killed in an assassination attempt on his life. Trump is the most preferred candidate and we will see how it goes as we go deep into the election season.

Kamala Harris was a prosecutor and has record in law in the United States. She is the first woman of color to take the position of Vice President. Harris is expected to be the first woman to be President in America.

Hilary Clinton failed to win against Trump but women have been given another chance to win the presidency.
